THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHTS
Due to the intimate nature of the GHTG product line, returning a product is not possible. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
Canceling an order is only possible before we start working on your GHTG, once we start cutting and sewing, it is not possible to cancel your order. As long as you get in touch before we start working on it we will cancel your order and issue a refund, less peocessing fees. IMPORTANT: When we do issue a refund it will be the purchase amount LESS (MINUS) the charges we are charged by paypal. Paypal keeps all the fees they charged us anytime we issue a refund and we are not going to literally pay for you to change your mind. That being said the fees arent huge usually somewhere between $10-$15 (possibly more or less). So please dont purchase thinking, Im not sure I want it but I can always change my mind, yeah you can (as long as we havent started working on it) but it will cost you somewhere between $10-$15 (possibly more or less). Yes that is annoying, if you have a complaint please take it up with paypal it is thier policy not ours.
In consideration of my purchase or use of any product or service or device provided by Glory Hole To Go (hereafter referred to as "GHTG") I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. I understand that there are more hazards than are enumerated here, and that there are unknown and unforeseeable hazards. I accept and clearly understand that there are inherent dangers and other risks involved in using any product, service or device provided by GHTG, including the risk of personal injuries, including PARALYSIS and DEATH.
I agree that I alone am responsible for deciding whether to participate in these inherently risky activities associated with or caused by using any product, device or service provided by GHTG.
I therefore, for myself, my heirs, successors, representatives, and anyone else who might have a claim by reason of my injury or death, hereby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY, and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, and DEFEND GHTG, its directors, officers, agents, volunteers, sponsors and their estates, from any and all liability for any and all such damage, injury, paralysis, or death to myself or any other person or to property. I explicitly agree that this release and indemnification extends to harm resulting from any NEGLIGENCE of the parties released or any party released.
I am accepting for myself the full responsibility for any and all such damage, injury, paralysis, or death of any kind which I may sustain, whether such damage, injury, paralysis or death results from the NEGLIGENCE of GHTG, Inc., its directors, officers, agents, volunteers, hosts, sponsors or their estates, or from some other cause. I further agree, for myself, my successors, heirs, and family not to sue GHTG., its directors, officers, agents, volunteers, hosts, sponsors or their estates, on account of any injuries I incur in connection with any usage of any product or service or device provided by GHTG.
If I violate the terms of this contract and sue any party released, that party shall be entitled to recover his/her or its expenses, including attorneys’ fees from me.
I UNDERSTAND THE RISKS OF USING ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OR DEVICE PROVIDED BY GHTG, AND I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT.
Custom Options
Minor* changes to a standard GHTG are free, please contact us and let us know what you need. Most panels are created when they are ordered, so making it a bit shorter or a bit wider isnt a big deal :)
The standard panel width is 30 inches, this is the width of a standard (US) door, the GHTG tension bars will fit an opening of 26 to 39 inches. If you have a space that is much wider or narrower than 30 inches, we can make you a custom panel, and if you need something special in mounting it, please just let us know we have options there too.
What about that hole?
Yes we can customize that too, we can make it smaller top to bottom, or wider if you prefer, the standard size is cut to 3.5 inches by 10 inches, then we edge trim it.
Privacy Curtain: Add a privacy curtain or a privacy panel.
Minor* size changes are free of charge.
Color Options:
Panel Colors: We can get canvas duck in about 20 different colors, colored duck comes in slightly higher weights than we normally use, it will add a little bit of weight to the end product.
Contact Us if you want a specific color, with the exception of black, we have had enough requests for the black canvas that we have created The Midnight GHTG.
Trim Colors? Yes, we charge a flat fee of $10.00 for color trim, and we now keep three different colors in stock.
Will you make me something totally custom?
Sure, here is an example: The panel shown here was custom sized to a specific space, and had to be mounted on a slight angle. Plus the hole was lowered & offset from center to make the experience more comfortable for everyone involved (considering the other objects in the space).
The mount for this was different also since it was wide and there were other objects in the space to consider, we ended up using spring tension bars combined with a couple of small dowels. It can be set up and taken down quickly with no trace left that a glory hole was here a few min ago. It was all done with just a few photos of the space and some measurements provided by the purchaser.
So, If you prefer it suspended by cable and a custom size with multiple holes, we can do that. If you want to be able to span the width of your garage, we can do that (usually).
If you require a freestanding outdoor unit, that can accommodate total privacy for one or both parties and be totally mobile, got you covered! This would work in a garage also. (photos soon).
Here is another custom panel, this one is over 6 ft. wide and just a hair under 7 ft. tall (you are looking at it from the visitor side).
Notice what looks like a cord in the lower right corner, that is a tie down point, as you can see in the second photo the shape of the space prevents a lower bar being used so there is an adjustable tie down on each corner, in these photos its not fully set up. The width of the panel is slightly oversized for the entryway to allow it to spread wide at the bottom.
