Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation Care Guide: The Magnetic Charger, Cleaning Head, and Storage

The Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation updated the original Pro 2 with a magnetic USB charging system (replacing the older micro-USB) and IPX7 waterproofing improvements. If you’ve used the original Pro 2 care guide, the updated model has a few differences. Here’s the current care guide.

What Changed From Original Pro 2

The Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation (also sold as Pro 2+ and similar naming) updated several features from the original:

Charging: Changed from micro-USB to magnetic contact USB charging. The magnetic charger is more convenient than the original’s port-based charging and creates a better seal.

Waterproofing: The Next Generation maintains IPX7 waterproofing — same as the original.

Head design: Functionally similar silicone stimulation head with the same cleaning requirements.

The care protocol is essentially the same as the original, with the magnetic charging contacts requiring the additional step of wiping them dry after cleaning.

Cleaning Protocol

The Pro 2 Next Generation is IPX7 — clean under warm running water with sex toy cleaner. Apply cleaner to the stimulation head and its rim (the contact area), rinse thoroughly, and air dry. The silicone head is removable on some Satisfyer models — if removable, detach it and clean both the head and the device body’s stimulation chamber opening with a cotton swab and toy cleaner.

No alcohol, silicone cleaners, or harsh chemicals. Fragrance-free toy cleaner or warm water with mild soap.

Magnetic USB Charging

The magnetic charger snaps onto the device’s charging contacts at the base. Satisfyer’s documentation specifies approximately 4 hours for a full charge providing up to 11 hours of use. Wipe charging contacts dry after cleaning before reconnecting the charger. The magnetic connection is secure — it won’t slip during charging — but ensure it’s properly aligned to confirm charging is active (the LED will indicate charging status).

Storage

The Pro 2 Next Generation stores the same as the original — clean, dry, in the included fabric pouch or in a dedicated compartment in your storage box. The Home in Bold box fits the Pro 2 alongside other Satisfyer products and their magnetic charging cables. The 11-hour battery life means it doesn’t need frequent charging — store at 50–60% charge for extended periods.
