The Lovense Nora and Max 2 are interactive toys designed for couples at a distance. They have distinct designs — the Nora is a rotating rabbit-style vibrator; the Max 2 is a male masturbator with a contracting sleeve. Their care requirements differ based on their construction.

Nora Care: Cleaning the Rotating Head
The Lovense Nora is made from body-safe silicone and is IPX7 waterproof. According to Lovense’s documentation, clean with warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner. The Nora’s rotating G-spot head adds a mechanical component to clean — ensure toy cleaner reaches the junction between the rotating head and the main body, where residue can accumulate. Run warm water around the rotation joint area. Air dry completely before storage.
The rotating mechanism is internal — do not attempt to disassemble. Cleaning is external surface cleaning only. If residue accumulates around the rotation joint, a soft brush (like a clean toothbrush) can help clean the crevice.
Do not use silicone-based lubricants. Water-based only.
Max 2 Care: Cleaning the Sleeve
The Lovense Max 2 has a removable sleeve insert made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) — a porous material. This sleeve requires more careful care than silicone toys:
Remove the sleeve from the Max 2 body before cleaning. Rinse through the interior of the sleeve with warm water. Use a soap-free toy cleaner appropriate for TPE — do not use soap (residue traps in pores). Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear. Air dry the sleeve completely (several hours minimum) before reinserting. The Max 2 body (ABS plastic) can be wiped clean separately.
The sleeve is replaceable — Lovense sells replacement Max 2 sleeves if the original wears out or becomes difficult to clean adequately.
Charging Both Toys
Both the Nora and Max 2 use Lovense’s proprietary magnetic USB charging cable. Charge time is approximately 90–120 minutes for a full charge. The magnetic contacts should be wiped clean and dry before recharging. Both toys connect to the Lovense Remote app via Bluetooth. Store each toy with its charging cable.
Storage
Store the Nora clean and fully dry, silicone surface protected from contact with other silicone toys. Store the Max 2 with its clean, fully-dry sleeve reinserted (or alongside it in the storage container).
